This Privacy Policy describes how AIIM Global Pvt Ltd (“AIIM”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a company incorporated under the laws of India, collects, uses, and protects information provided through the website at aiim-global.com (the “Site”). This Policy does not govern patient data or clinical information handled within deployed ILM environments, which are governed by separate data processing agreements with each institution.

We collect only information you actively provide to us:

• Contact form submissions, your name, email address, institution, and the message you write.
• Insight gate submissions, your email address, provided when you request access to a gated article.
• Email correspondence, information you include when you contact us directly at any @aiim-global.com address.

We do not collect any patient data, clinical records, or protected health information through this website. We do not use behavioural tracking, advertising networks, or third-party analytics pixels. The Site uses only functional cookies necessary for navigation, no cookies are used to track you across other websites.

2. How We Use Your Information

Information you submit is used solely to:

• Respond to your enquiry or fulfil the specific request you made (e.g., scheduling a brief, sharing an article).
• Communicate with you about AIIM products, research, or thought leadership, only where you have indicated interest.
• Improve our website content and ensure our communications are relevant to your context.

We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling. We do not send unsolicited marketing emails.

• Service providers, we use FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) to relay form submissions to our inbox. Submissions are transmitted over encrypted connections and are not retained by the relay provider beyond delivery.
• Legal obligations, we may disclose information if required to do so by applicable law, court order, or governmental authority.
• Business transfers, in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of our assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your information is subject to a different privacy policy.

We retain contact and enquiry data for up to two years from the date of submission, or for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 6).

All data transmitted to and from this Site is encrypted in transit using TLS. Access to submitted information is restricted to AIIM team members who need it to respond to your enquiry. We do not store payment information on this Site, we have no payment processing on the Site at all.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, or to object to or restrict its processing. Individuals in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom also have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or UK GDPR. Individuals in India have rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA).

7. International Transfers

AIIM Global Pvt Ltd is headquartered in India. If you are located outside India and submit information through this Site, your information will be transferred to and processed in India. By submitting information, you consent to this transfer. We apply appropriate safeguards to protect your information consistent with applicable law.

8. Children's Privacy

This Site is not directed at children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us immediately at privacy@aiim-global.com.
