Manifesto

We believe AI should
remember, not repeat.

Today's AI is brilliant at generalising. But it forgets you the moment you close the tab.

Every session starts from zero. Every professional, every institution, every nation, treated identically by a model that understands none of them specifically.

AIIM was founded to change that. Not by building a better general-purpose model. By inventing a new architecture: the Individual Language Model, AI that learns continuously from individuals, compounds into institutions, and scales to sovereign systems without ever leaving your walls.

We don't sell AI. We build the infrastructure for institutions to own their intelligence, and compound it over time, entirely within their walls.

Principles

Six things we will never compromise on.

01

Sovereignty, not subscription.

Your intelligence should belong to you. Not to a vendor's cloud. Not to a quarterly billing cycle. AIIM builds models that live inside your walls and stay there, forever.

02

Auditability, not opacity.

Every AIIM output comes with a complete reasoning trace. Clinicians, auditors, and regulators can inspect every step. No black boxes. No unexplainable suggestions.

03

Suggestion, not directive.

AI is a tool, not a decision-maker. Every AIIM output is a suggestion with a confidence level and a reasoning chain. The clinician always has override authority. Always.

04

Compounding, not resetting.

Intelligence should accumulate. Every interaction, every case, every decision should make the model smarter, not be forgotten the moment the session ends.

05

Jurisdiction, not cloud arbitrage.

Patient data has a legal home. It belongs in the country and jurisdiction where the patient lives and is treated. AIIM's architecture enforces this, by design, not by policy.

06

Precision, not generalisation.

A model that understands everyone understands no one. ILMs are purpose-built for specific individuals, specific institutions, specific populations, and they improve with specificity.

Founders

Built by clinicians and architects
who refused to compromise.

Clinician-entrepreneur with deep roots in healthcare delivery and health technology. Brings the clinical perspective that keeps AIIM's AI grounded in real-world practice, not benchmark datasets. The founding conviction that AI must be auditable and doctor-led came directly from clinical experience.

Technology architect with deep expertise in large-scale AI systems and institutional data infrastructure. Designed the ILM framework from first principles to ensure sovereignty is built in, not bolted on. The zero-egress guarantee is an architectural property, not a policy commitment.

“We don't sell AI. We build the infrastructure for institutions to own their intelligence, and compound it over time. Every encounter becomes research, real-world evidence, and data they own, an asset that returns value to the institution, never to a platform.”

The Long View

A world where intelligence belongs to its creators.

The long-term trajectory of AI should not lead to intelligence centralised in the hands of a few technology platforms. It should lead to intelligence distributed across every institution, every nation, every individual that generates it.

Every ILM deployed by AIIM is one more institution that owns its intelligence. Every INLM is one more organisation whose collective knowledge survives attrition. Every SLM is one more nation whose healthcare and economic intelligence remains sovereign.

2026
ILMs deployed across healthcare institutions
2027
INLMs across multi-specialty hospital systems
2028
First national SLM deployments
2030+
Sovereign intelligence infrastructure in every region
